Maison Peltier has a long-standing reputation among honey lovers. 26 honeys - in different formats - appear in the fine food range, in addition with 22 honeys in the organic range, which are also available in different formats.
Since 1946, Maison Peltier, based in Normandy, has been offering classic single-flower honeys with original flavours, colours and textures, such as lavender, heather, mountain and acacia honeys. But also more original honeys like buckwheat, chestnut or linden.
The company has won a number of awards, most recently the Gold Medal (2024) at the 'Concours Général Agricole', in the ‘Amber and dark polyfloral honey’ category. This latest award was the second in a row for this honey, which in 2023 won the Gold Medal in the contest of French Honey organised by the French National Beekeeping Union (UNAF).

All the honeys are produced locally, as Maison Peltier has several hundred of its own beehives, raised by its in-house beekeepers. Honey has also served as a bridge for the company, which also produces traditional pastries, gingerbread, muffins and nonnettes.
With its traditional honey recipes, Maison Peltier is committed to always use ingredients of French or even regional origin (flour, butter, eggs). They use no preservatives, colourings, artificial flavourings or palm oil. And finally, to work on healthy pastries with a range of cakes that are less sweet, using pure honey with no added sugar.
The main new product for 2024 is a salted butter caramel nonnette containing 30% honey. A perfect balance between the flavour and sweetness of honey and the intensity of caramel. This flavour joins the existing orange, blackcurrant and apple nonnettes. Salted butter caramel nonnettes are available in rolls or packets. Soft and tasty, they're sure to delight fans of sweet treats with their rich, melt-in-the-mouth flavour. Especially in these slightly gloomy autumn months!
