Once you have all the information about the trade fair, such as decoration and safety regulations, you can prepare your stand. Study the location and the space allocated before ordering the furniture, floor covering, partitions, etc. Also plan decorative elements to make your stand welcoming. Don't forget to add technical services to your order: water, electricity, wifi, etc.
And, to complete your logistical preparation, remember to make the obligatory declarations, such as the machines in operation or the technician in charge of the decorations.

Make sure you have ordered the right communication tools to promote your company: banner on the website, presence on the exhibition's promotional material before and during the exhibition and parallel invitations in paper or digital format, badge readers, the exhibition's media kit (which contains the elements to be used on your material)... Having the right tools is not everything. Register on the official exhibition catalogue to promote your company, it will give you more visibility!
