Chaired by Vincent Ferniot and his panel of experts, the Best Of competition rewarded the finest gourmet products showcased at Gourmet Selection, the professional fine food trade show to be held on Sunday 21 and Monday 22 September 2025 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles.

The Best Of 2025 competition, chaired by Vincent Ferniot, highlighted the most remarkable fine food products during Gourmet Selection. More than 180 references were tasted by a jury of experts made up of chefs, grocers, journalists, and influencers, according to five demanding criteria: taste, quality, innovation, uniqueness, and naturalness.

The winners include a Best of Best, a Jury’s Favorite, 11 thematic categories, as well as the Galeries Lafayette Awards, which will benefit from exceptional promotion in spring 2026 at Galeries Lafayette Le Gourmet Paris Haussmann. This recognition reflects major consumer trends—such as kefir, lupin, and lentils—and confirms the vitality and creativity of the fine food sector.

Visitors will be able to discover and taste these outstanding products on 21 and 22 September 2025 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, and meet directly with the artisans and producers behind these creations.
